When you say application processed? Is that when I receive the letter to my address? What if it's processed after 5 April?

Hi, When you receive the payment details from hmrc for the years you can pay back ni contributions before 5th April 2025, once you have sent the funds then do you have to call the helpline to tell them what the funds are for or do they automatically allocate them. I keep reading you have to call them but I can imagine the difficulty getting through the nearer to 5th April. If you are required to call hmrc and the funds are sent before 5th April and you don't get through on the phone by then, is the money still valid to be allocated after 5th April? Regards

Hi, I sent in cf83 form online for paying back ni contributions on 2nd february 2025. Received email confirmation on the same day that it was received. Went onto hmrc site to find out when I should receive the letter response with payment details. It stated 25 July 2025. The deadline for paying back ni contributions is 5 April 2025. Will I miss this or will I be given more time to pay it if I do receive letter in July.? Regards

I live outside the UK. For many years I have received the paper SA100 form by post. This year it didn't arrive. I called the helpline twice to have it delivered and it still hasn't arrived. This has gone on for 2 months. Why has it not been sent?
