    Hi, What should we do, we made an oversight, we had deliveries from the EU and these were not declared to Customs. No Import declarations were made. Do we use the CDS Report The Problem. We believe we cannot make a Retrospective Imports anymore after the 31st Jan 2024 Guidance in CDS Tariff Supplement Vol 3.
