Hi HMRC Admin, I have a similiar issue to the OP Held shares for less than 3 years in an EIS company, it was sold at roughly 30% of the issuing resulting in a 70% loss on my investment. How do I complete the online self assessment to claim the relief on this loss? I've turned on the "unlisted shares and securities" section and entered the profit and loss figures in the calculator but nothing from this feeds through to my final calculation. Thanks

Where and how in the self assesment form do I claim for losses on EIS shares as the company was sold in Jan24 at 30% of the purchase price of the shares? Shares were purchased Oct 2021 (tax year 21/22) and I never claimed EIS relief on the purchase.
