Closing a private limited company - What will happen to business accounts?
Hello,
I'm striking off a private limited company.
I don't have any business accounts listed as the company has not traded nor will.
Will my personal bank account being unaffected from the business?

Hello, I currently invest in U.S companies using a UK broker using USD as the currency. What taxes would I have to pay HMRC? Furthermore, how would the taxes work using a foreign currency (USD) relative to the GBP (Great British Pound)? Thank you
