Hello, What date is expected for the return date to the UK? Is this the date you were again tax resident or the date you started making NI contributions in the UK again. The reason I ask is that I when I returned to the UK I was on secondment from my company in the NL to the UK arm of the same company. While I was tax resident from 2008/2009 tax year my company continued to pay my National Insurance in the NL rather than the UK until 2012, at which point they started paying the UK NI. Therefore, which date should I use? The 2008 date or the 2012 date? Many Thanks.
