I double checked with our Freight company and they say As per check this shipment have your EORI number in data element 3/16 in import entry. HMRC issue the C79 certificates therefore if the shipments are not reflecting this will need to be discussed with them What is the best way to contact HMR directly ?

our freight company has charged us Brokerage VAT Charges yet this amount has also appeared on our PVA statement, is this correct ?

I have inbound vat - dest payor amounts on the shippers invoice yet these have not appeared on the C79 sheet, why would this be?
