Hello, I do need this form: Claim for the application of the double taxation convention between Greece and UK , stamped, signed and returned to me. I need this form completed to provide the Greek tax authorities the necessary paperwork to claim double taxation relief; as I am only working and being taxed in the UK. I have already gained the certificate of residency and this form is now the final documentation I need completed. Could you please advise me in which address should I post the form so HMRC can receive it? Thank you in advance!
