Having lived and worked in the UK for many years I moved to the sun when I was 57. My NINO records showed missing years so I eventually managed to get the information I needed to contribute 5 missing years. I had to post a cheque and complied with all that was asked of me. It was cashed 2 weeks after it was received. Yesterday morning I checked NINO records. Screenshot thank goodness. It showed 43 years full. The years of contributions were not updated. It should have been 44 years though. Later in the evening I looked again to show a friend. Back to 39 full years! What is going on?
