Please can you advise what documentation is neeed and where to send the documentation for the closure of a Will Trust by awarding the assets (one property plus cash) to one of the beneficiaries. I have a resolution by the trustees and Deed of appointment. Is there a time limit - how quickly after closure of the Trust must the papers be submitted? When the next tax return is submitted, what evidence is needed for the capital gain between when the trust was started and when it was closed? Do I have to submit evidence when I complete the tax return for the trust? Thank you
