Easier said than done, I tried for 50+ minutes to call HMRC before I resorted to posting on the community forum. Is there a "special" number I should ring or maybe email to contact the Income Tax team?

No, I only have the standard state pension of £11502.40, it doesn't look like the other savings allowances are being taken into consideration. How does this work please?

I do not understand my estimaed PAYE income for 24-25. I have been retired since 2019 and paid no tax to date. I only have the state pension plus some savings interest (which will easily be under the £5000 + £1000 savings allowances). HMRC is now estimating that I will have to pay £193 tax on £965 of income, I cannot work out where does this figure comes from! Help\advice please
