    Does a Share Participation Plan with 50/50 employer/employee contributions qualify as exempt from CGI as an employee share scheme? "If shares remain in the plan until they are sold then there is also the benefit of no CGT being due." Is advice found online, but I cannot find anything definitive on the HMRC website. Thank you.
