Amending Self Assessment when not in UK for 3 months
I have filed my self assessment for FY 23-24 by myself. I have received mail from HMRC that I owed £1050 in taxes. When I analyzed it from my side then it seems related to the period from 21st July 2023 till 13th October 2023 when I was not in the UK and returned to India for visa renewal. Can you please help me in amending the assessment for FY 23-24 in order to incorporate this time period when I was not in the UK and thus adjusting this tax amount which is owed for the whole FY 23-24.
