Private Residence Relief
We are selling our main and only residence on the Isle of Man to move back to the UK. There is no CGT on the IOM. We may be moving in May, very soon into the new tax year. We understand we will get 100% PRR and will not be liable to pay CGT in the UK. Please can you confirm.
