Hi all, I am looking for clarification on what to pay our employees of a limited company using the tax free allowances. The employees are staying away Monday-Friday (travelling Monday morning and returning home Friday afternoon so 4 nights away). We book their hotels not including any meals. Travel time from site to head office approx. 3 hours. No journeys after 8pm. What is the maximum we can pay tax free via payroll to cover meals and other costs? Anything in addition we will tax as usual. Thank you.
