RE: QROPS as a non-UK citizen
Hi, thanks for this service... I left the UK in 2001 and been in Australia for 24 years with no intention to return to the UK permanently. I transferred my UK personal pension 2 years ago into a QROPS pension in Australia. I am 63. Do either the 10 or 5 year rules apply in my instance? From what I read I think only the 5 year rule applies? Thanks for any help ,Dave
