NMW and Shift Allowance
Hi, My employer pays £12.60 per hour (RLW) from April 2025. On top of this I receive 25% shift allowance for working days/nights rota. I pay 4.5% salary sacrifice pension cont. Am I being paid above minimum wage, or is shift allowance excluded?
