  • Duplicate payments in Personal Tax Account but different on app and browser.

    My partner has a couple of issues with her PAYE payments. Her salary payment for February is showing twice, however she was only paid once. Oddly, it's only showing twice on the HMRC app, but not on the personal tax account browser. On the browser her total pay for the last year is correct, it's only incorrect on the app. She has her P60 showing the correct pay. Additionally, her employer got her salary incorrect in April. They were able to stop the payment and issue a correct payslip and pay her the right amount. However, the incorrect pay is showing on the app, but the correct pay is showing on browser. The default advice seems to be that her employer needs to correct this, but, clearly they have sent the correct information as it's showing correctly on the browser, but not the app. Can anyone advise on next steps?
