Hi, I am an EU national living and working in the UK over 15 years. I am currently a UK tax resident who has also been granted Indefinite Leave in the United Kingdom. I am working for a UK based company, and I am discussing with my employer the opportunity for me to work remotely from my country (EU) keeping me enrolled on UK PAYE payroll and National Insurance contributions. Therefore, I may find myself being outside the UK for more than 183 days or more in a tax year. Please can you advise what my employer and I should do to ensure we are compliant with employment laws and regulations??? Many Thanks.
