Rental income to no rent
Daughter and her partner split in Dec .They were joint tenants in a property I own.Tenancy was ended by daughters partner. My daughter couldn't afford the rent now with all her outgoings car loan etc.She pay council tax at 25% discount and all utilities etc.I no longer take rent off my daughter since January 2024. I know this will show on my SA and I will provide a letter of confirmation and information to my accountant regarding this. Is there anything else I need to do ? Thanks for any information. -
Specified Adult Childcare Credits
My retirement date is April 2024 I will have looked after my grandchild up to April 2024. My understanding is I can claim the NI credit from October 31st 2024 and this will be backdated and will be added to my contribution year for 2023 - 2024. Is this correct? Thanks for any reply
