Small amount saving interest in banks out of UK

Hi, I am retired and have no emplyment income. But I have following bank saving interests: 1. Saving interest of aound GBP2,900 in the banks in the UK & 2. Few saving interest (equivalent approx. GBP200) in the bank out of the UK, in the tax year of 2022/23. Do I need to send a tax return?
