I am a retail seller having an online dropshipping business. My company is registered in UK but I am of LITHUANIAN nationality. I purchase products from China and sold in Europeian countries. It means no purchase and sales touch the UK but the only thing is my company is registerd in UK. So in this situation, is it required to file annual return or tax return with zero sales in UK as per the HMRC and Uk relavant laws?

Hi,
Why is the company registered in the UK if there is no presence or trade carried out in the UK?
You should seek the advice of a financial advisor or accountant regarding this.
If the company is registered in the UK at Companies House then it will be required to file Corporation Tax returns and pay Corporation Tax here unless it is also registered abroad, paying tax there on its foreign trading activities, and claiming a foreign residency.
Thank you
