Withholding tax - treaty clearance, CT61 & payment

Hi, I am a worker in Malaysia. Currently, Our company in UK have apply the treaty clearance for the loan interest payment.
1. I have request the CT61 form from HMRC, can i send back the form via online instead of post? What is the next step for me if i would like to make the payment from UK to Malaysia?
2. How to make payment for the withholding tax?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to return the CT61 via email, you will need to post this back to HMRC. 
Payment instructions are on the Form CT61.
