Hello - we are a UK based company with an Italian national (who has settled status) usually residing and working in the UK. We have no entities in the EU and no agreement with any third parties to pay employees appropriately for extended stays. Are you able to confirm if the employee is able to work in Italy for up to 90 days with no implications to either employee or employer taxes? Does the 90 days within 180 day period apply here? Would the employee need to return to the UK after this time, or for us as the employer to work on a solution to enable them to work in Italy for longer? Thank you.
