moving from being sole trader to limited company

I applied for setting up a limited company but rejected due to address. I applied before being a sole trader and I gave my home address them. now I have business place. but they rejected What must I do? Reject Reasons: We are unable to accept the residential address for the director MR A***** we require your usual residential address and not a business address.
