S455 refund pending for more than 4 years

The S455 refund request was submitted for the tax I paid for the Director's Loan I owed when I closed down my Ltd company more than 4 years ago. My company is still in the liquidation phase as HMRC has not refunded the S455 claim I made. Is there any department I can reach out to enquire/speed up about this refund?
