Company Tax Refund

Hi Looking for advice, Hmrc have paid my refund in to someone else’s account almost 30k I have no idea how this has happened, my bank details they got given off my accountant was correct. I am getting passed from pillar to post they have said once it’s been paid back off the honesty of whoever it’s gone to then they will re send it, then they said I’ll have the payment on the 6th of October. I’ve had nothing then it was supposed to of gone in the following week again nothing, my accountant has been in touch with them again and was told soon as the money reaches their account they will then resend it this has been going on now for 3+ months, Has anyone else had this issue I’m at the point now do I seek legal advice or not Thanks
