The director of a limited liability company decided to run his company while living abroad (in the European Union) for several months a year. Should he report it somewhere? If he stays abroad for more than 183 days, he ceases to be tax resident in the UK and becomes subject to the country in which he lives? The company will definitely remain registered in the UK Thank you
