Corporation tax for UK ltd company when director not UK resident

Hello Please could I have advice on how to set up corporation tax for a uk ltd company when the directors are not UK resident. Can a non UK resident open a corporate tax account and how?

Hi Alison Pritchard,
You will need to write to HMRC in order for us to establish if the Company is UK resident. 
We will then send out a 15 point letter in order to obtain specific information to identify residency.
