Dear HMRC, how long does it take you to issue this? The application was made online in January ,as we otherwise face ridiculously high WTH's on remittances from an Indian fellow subsidiary when we recharge certain personnel-related costs to them.

If you read the last message, you'll see that's exactly what I had done, only to be cut-off by your call-handling system stating "sorry all our advisors are busy so we can't answer your call, goodbye". If you don't even answer the calls, but instead cut callers off, how will an advisor escalate this to an officer, please explain.

Hi,

I understand, but we are unable to take this matter forward through this forum, so you will have to try and get through on the contact centre and they can escalate it. Or you can resend your request by letter.

I would recommend resending the query, even if you decide to call, in case the reason for the delay is because we have not received it. at least that has been covered.

Thank you .
