Certificate of Tax compliance

Dear Sirs, I am working as Tax agent, one of Ltd Co company client is submitting tender with his own customer. The Ltd Co company client has reached out to me asking "Certificate of Tax compliance". I have not had this request in past and not aware this term / process whether HMRC issue such certificate. Please can you help me to know about this? Thanks, Rajiv Singh
