Hello, I have a Ltd company which has been filing dormant accounts for the last 3 years. I have been posting paper balance sheets for the last 3 years, there is no money or assets in the company, the company did trade some years ago, but has not been active for 3 years. Do i still need to send final statutory accounts and a Company Tax Return even though there has been no trading. Can I simply post dormant accounts (ie balance sheet) as I have been doing and then filling in form DS01?
