Hi, my business is a coffee roastery where the main machinery runs on gas (to rosat the main product of the business), and I just moved my roastery to a new warehouse where there is not gas, so had to get the mains gas connected to the warehouse and also get the gas connected to the roaster machine inside the warehouse. There were 2 major installations, one is the mains connected to the warehouse and the other one is the gas connection to the roaster machine. Can I claim these installations as Capital Allowance and what are the prevailing rules to claim these costs?

Hi Akos K,
Unfortunately HMRC cannot provide accountancy advice.
You will need to engage the services of a professional advisor/accountant, to assist you with your enquiry.
Thank you.
