Filed a business tax return online, should have been a personal tax return

Looks like I filed a business tax return online and it should have been a personal tax return. I was selfemployed a few years back but not for thr last two years, last year I filled a paper return. I don't actually have any tax to pay but will next year. I'm not sure how to rectify this and there is a problem when I try and set up a personal tax return, I don't have two type of authentication. Any advice please.
