Owed amount incorrect after 7 years

HMRC company tax account is showing a figure of £3600 owed from 2015, but no action taken by HMRC because it was an error by them. Accountant had filed company accounts on time in 2015 but some glitch in HMRC system caused a late filing error leading to a wrong tax estimate calculation. The amount owed is still shown, can I get it removed ?
