R&DL claim over 4 months delayed (R&D Claim)

Dear HMRC, We submitted an R&D tax claim 20 weeks ago. After following up with you many times, we heard nothing from you, even after many emails to rd.incentivesreliefs@hmrc.gov.uk Could someone please give us a proper timeline for when we should get an answer from HMRC? Kind Regards,
