Hi I am the executor of a will and sold the property £10k above the Death Valuation of £300,000. The share of the estate is divided equally between 4 people. We each have our £3k allowance. Equals to £12k. I am employed and the others are retired so none of us competes a Tax Return. We are all British citizens. My question is does this need to be declared to HMRC?
