rate of CGT if pension contributions paid result in paying only basic rate tax

If you make pension contribtuions which mean you go from HRT to BRT and you have CGT to pay on gains over annual allowance what rate would you pay CGT at?

It depends on how much of the basic rate band is left. please refer to Income Tax rates and Personal Allowances for the limits for each rate.
