How do I calculate CGT on a portfolio

I have 6 flats to be sold individually, the land purchase and build cost was not itemised. How do I calculate the capital expenses towards each sale? Is it simply divided by 6? Or does it need to be more specific?

If they are disposed of on different days, you would have to apportion the costs for each property.
