Trading/investing in shares with a share ISA full time

According to all advice out there all profits/gains made on a share Isa are tax free. Does this still apply if this is your sole income with zero income from anywhere else. Do you have to fill out any tax forms or self assessment forms ?

All profits or gains from an ISA are tax free and do not need to be declared.
