I am arranging for my adult son to be added to the title deeds of the property I own as tenants in common. We will each own 50% of the property which was bought 3 years ago for £225.000. The property is my main residence where we have both have lived since its purchase, and we will continue to live here. Can you advise me if I will be required to pay any Capital Gains tax
