Liquidating UK Ltd as non tax-resident

I am a Cypriot Tax resident. I have a UK Ltd company. I would like to liquidate UK Ltd company and take out cash leftover from liquidation. Cyprus and UK has double tax treaties in place. Can you please explain tax implications in the scenario above?
