Hello, I have moved to UK about a year ago together with my husband who has a temporary assignment from his employer in London, therefore both of us have already became UK tax residents. The only property that I own is the apartment in Ukraine, in which me and my family used to live over 2014 - 2022. It is a rather small flat which we have never rented out or conducted any business activities at. We do not own any other real estate elsewhere. If I decide to sell this Ukrainian apartment, would I be getting a Private Residence Relief from UK tax legislation perspective? Many thanks in advance.
