Have you received my Capital Gains Tax Form?

I posted the form on 27th July Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm and it tracked to North West Midlands Mail Centre by 04.06 on the 28th and stated it was due for delivery that day, but since then nothing has been reported. I have since heard that its not worth sending post recorded or special delivery as HMRC do not sign for anything. So is it likely that you have my letter? It was addressed to BX9 1EL. Just want to check it went to the right Mail Centre. Thanks.

I only wanted to find out if the North West Midlands Mail Centre is the correct one for deliveries to Post Code BX9 1EL as this post code does not exist on Google Maps.
