CGT reporting for overseas property sold

I moved from Hong Kong to UK in July 2021 and I have sold my property in Hong Kong in May 2023 1. Just would to confirm the CGT tax reporting is via self-assessment in tax year 23/24 2. If yes, please let me know the deadline for reporting and the way to report (online or paper form) Thank you
