Reporting of Capital Losses

Hi, I have a query about reporting capital gains to HMRC. I have made a loss of approximately £6,500 when taking into account all the transactions for 2022/23. There was a total of 16 transactions. When submitting my tax return and CGT pages, do I have to complete the 'capital gains computation worksheet' or can I attach a PDF of the tax summary pages I have received from the investment platform?
