Capital gains summary (2023). Form SA108.

Hi, I disposed of a foreign property in the 2022-23 tax year. The gain was less than £12300. This being the case, am I correct in saying that I therefore do not need to fill in a SA108 (2023) Capital Gains Tax summary form as the gain was under the annual exempt amount? Thanks.

As the actual disposal would have been over £49200, you will still need to declare it.
