US Money Market ETFs - Capital Gain or Income Tax

For US money market ETFs (e.g. USFR ISIN: IE00BJFN5P63) which distribute income and experience price movement - is the any price gain on the sale of the ETF treated as capital gain? or is the income and gain treated as income for taxation purposes?

Gains arising from the disposals of ETFs are treated as capital gains tax.
