s my overall CGT the same as my CGT liability?

Hi, I'm on page 8 of the paper form (SA1) for Capital Gains tax. I'm not sure how to fill in the 2 last boxes on that page. Is my overall CGT the same as my CGT liability? And "What is your total Capital Gains Tax on UK property year to date liability?"

Hi Muriel Soriano.

It will be the same if you only have 1 gain. If more than 1 the overall liability will be higher.
