Gain on Trust ptoperty transfered to a beneficiary of a Discretionary trust

Hi I am planning to file SA900 for a discretionary trust closed in May 2023 by transferring part of the residential property to the beneficiary. I am planning to claim holdover relief. Could you please let me know what forms to fill out, any election to be made, etc. Also, please send a link to the HS295 form if it is to be filled.
