Is Capital Gains Tax an expense/liability when calculating IHT

If a property is sold after my death and it incurs Capital Gains Tax, can this amount be deducted from the Estate Valuation in order to calculate the Inheritance Tax amount to be paid

No as its the actual value of the property that forms part of the estate.
